maison international - 123nyc any feedback please

Hi just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Maison international - their website is www.nyc123.com.

i have read around the forum that some apartment rentals are a bit dodgy, i have rented in paris and europe before and it all seemed to be above board, but i%26#39;ve heard rentals in NYC can be fraught with danger and disappointment.

if anyone has had any dealing with this firm or any other, positive or negative, i would greatly appreciate it.

Hi

I rented two apartments from Maison International when I went to NYC with my jazz quintet.

The location was great, on Christopher Street in the Village, BUT :

the apartments we had were FILTHY and there were huge coackroaches all throughout the building.

I am not sure that it%26#39;s true for all their rentals, but I can tell you that 35 and 39 Christopher Street are very dirty places. We found hair in the bathrooms and clogged dust everywhere. We stayed in apts 4D and 3D.

It was cheap for New York, but still, it was really gross.
