My cousins are meeting me in New York. Their flight from England gets in around 8 p.m.They will be cabbing it to midtown. What time can I expect them to arrive.

la guardia to midtownUh, it%26#39;s unlikely a flight from England will be landing at LGA. Do you mean JFK? If the flight gets in at 8, I%26#39;d expect they would be in Manhattan by 10 with immigration, baggage etc.
