Commerce BAnk--located all over Manhattan ( and elsewhere ) is open on Sunday. Even when a bank is closed, their ATM machines are accessible. The department stores are open before 11. At this stage, except for a handful of independent businesses nothing seems to be closed all day Sunday. What exactly do you want information about.
