Help! Cheap accomodation in NY city!

Hi All,

My friend and I are going to NY in June, it%26#39;s our first time and we are so excited!!!

Can anyone recommend anything near Chelsea that鈥檚 cheap, safe and clean? I heard of an old church that was turned into a hostel? Would prefer a hotel though

You will not likely find anything cheap with private bath in June. The church you refer to is called Leo House, one exception, if they have space. Contact info here

Chelsea Pines caters to gay men but is friendly to all. (Btw, gay pride weekend is in June 7-8. If that%26#39;s when you%26#39;re coming, you will not likely find a room in Chelsea).
