Hi i just booked a 3 night stay in new york with the company purely travel limited. i was wondering if they are an ok travel company and that am not being conned!!

WHY would you ask this AFTER you booked with this company and most likely gave them your financial information?

I also wonder why you%26#39;d ask the question after you%26#39;ve booked. Did you prepay as well? I don%26#39;t know this co. but poster puddey asked about a co. called Purely American a while back and we found out they are legit but what they do is make you prepay and then hold your money in advance, earning interest on it. Puddey wound up phoning the hotel in question and asking the hotel to match the rate on that website. They not only matched it but bettered it.

When I book any travel, hotels etc. I contact the airline, or hotel directly and have found that I always get a better rate and sometimes better room or class of service by doing this. Another big plus, especially with many hotels, is that you just guarantee your room with a credit card, it is not charged, and at times you have a 24 hour window to cancel prior to your arrival.

By the way, it%26#39;s legit.
