Can anyone give me any details as to what this Hotel is like and if its convenient for site seeing.

It%26#39;s a very convenient location but the building itself is old and there are complaints of clanging pipes, weak water pressure, no hot water, slow elevators etc.

Would not be my choice, but it is centrally located.

Have stayed here the last 2 times in New York and am coming back in April. It has always served the purpose because of location and actually my room has always been good and comfy bed. YES elevator is slow though.

After posting my last reply, I found the page with reviews on the hotel and it sounds as if its not the best hotel in the world, but then again by no means the worst and I don%26#39;t plan on spending much time in the room anyway, so i may go for it.

It%26#39;s by no means the worst. You can find reviews of virtually every hotel on this website by putting the name in the upper left corner.
