Affinia Dumont questions

Hi Guys

We are heading to NY next week and staying at the Affinia Dumont. I had a few questions please if anyone can help.

We are staying in a studio room, does anyone know if the rooms have hairdryers? Also what about irons? I want to pack as light as poss (more room in suitcases for shopping), so would appreciate any advice.

Also what is the name of the closest subway to the hotel please?

Can%26#39;t help you with the room question but the closest subway is the #6 line @ 33rd Street %26amp; Park Avenue South.

When are you going? We go on Saturday and return Wednesday. I have looked for this information on the site but cant find it either

I believe the room should have both. If it doesn%26#39;t you should be able to get both from housekeeping.

Our fourth trip to the Dumont is Easter week and I can%26#39;t wait! The rooms are huge and comfortable with wonderful beds. Everything is super clean. There%26#39;s a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kitchen with dishes, silverware, Aveda bath products, a phone in the living/sleeping area and one in the bathroom, a killer view from the higher rooms, friendly staff, and the Murray Hill neighborhood is really nice.

You%26#39;ll have a wonderful trip so don%26#39;t worry.

(and no, I don%26#39;t work for Affinia....I%26#39;m just a very satisfied customer)
