Gugenheim Museum

Last time I visited it was under scaffolding.

Have the repairs or renovations been completed yet. If not anyone know when they will be and the scaffolding taken down?

I would love to take a picture and my son wants to sketch it if possible. Where would he get the best view for this. Central Park?

Wikepedia states that renovations should be complete by Spring 2008 which should be anytime now. I%26#39;m sure a local can give us an eyewitness update.

The best view would be from the opposite side of 5th Avenue 鈥ikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Guggenheim_museum_鈥?/a> although the traffic lights don%26#39;t really add to the overall effect unfortunately!
