Need a caterer on Wall Street

My brother is turning 40 next week. We are celebrating later this month, but I wanted to do something for his actual day at the office. (Lunch and birthday cake sort of thing) Looking for really good food for the office staff. There are about 20 people. Any favorites or thoughts? Thank you in advance for your opinions, I need them. I have no idea where to go with this.
